We understand what it’s like to have experiential skills, technical skills, and advanced educational backgrounds, and still not be seen for all of who we are. People within their organizations interact daily, for long periods of their day, and that interaction needs to be a space where they can be seen, heard, and authentically contribute their skills and experience to achieve a society where all are able to thrive. That requires a deep commitment, perseverance, and a willingness for change. Achieving equity is a united legacy and creates an opportunity for us to pivot from the horrific truths of oppression.
